Refund policy

We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 days after receiving your item to request a refund. If by any chance you are exceed the days You can sill contacting us to help you as much as we can.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at fjdesignsbyange@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not Responsable for any damage the is cause by the costumer such as tossing he product or broken the product.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like earring are FINAL SALE and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

POP UP Events

If you made a purchase in any of our pop up event, and something happen to your item we will need a picture of your item and the day you made the purchase. To see if you qualify for a replacement or a refund.

We are not responsable for any item that is broken by the costumer. For Example a ring broken, earring damage, bracelet broken and necklaces broken. 


Venta de Cuadros 

La venta de los cuadros con finales, ya que son piezas costumizadas. No aplica reembolso de dinero. Nosotros no nos hacemos responsable por el producto no entregado, perdido o por mal dirección escrita, una vez el producto sale de mis manos es responsabilidad del correo.

 

Paquetes extraviados por el Correo  USPS | Missing packages because of the carrier USPS 

 No somos responsables por paquetes extraviados o marcados como entregados y no recibido de parte del Correo. De estar teniendo este incoveniente debe de acudir al correo mas cercano a su localization y con el numero de rastreo abrir un caso en la misma facilidad. Me gustaría poder ayudarles pero es algo que se sale de mi control.

 

We are not responsible for any missing or mark as received packages. If you are experiencing any problem like these with you order you will need to contact or visit your near USPS facility and with your tracking number they will be able to help you and open a case for your missing order. I wish I was able help with that but is something that is out of my heads.
