Once you place your order it will take from 3-4 days to be fulfill since is all hand made.Shipping will take 3 to 4 days once is send to you. The time frame will depends on the USPS service

 

Once the order is MARK AS DELIVER is out of my hand is really hard to do something ,  is all in the USPS (UNITED STATES POST OFFICE ) you will need to contact them to see what they would do.
